What We Do |

Our approach for evaluating a client's energy needs starts with a free onsite energy survey. The first thing we look at is the interior and exterior lighting, because of the low cost and fast payback of lighting retrofits. We also inspect heating, cooling, refrigeration, water heating, and other miscellaneous equipment to see if there are opportunities for energy savings. We then evaluate the roof and grounds to see if there is potential for onsite solar energy generation. Following the energy survey we present the client with a savings proposal that includes the total project cost, annual energy savings, utility company rebates, tax deductions and/or credits, environmental impact analysis, and special financing opportunities. Our work is backed by industry leading warranties, and all installations are performed by experienced contractors that are properly licensed and insured. |
